Becoming a Master Trainer in Facilitation

What is it about?

This learning path is for select trainers who demonstrate outstanding facilitation skills and wish to train others in how to effectively facilitate training courses. Once certified, master trainers are eligible to offer Facilitating Face-to-Face Learning courses to clients on a commercial basis. Certified master trainers are also eligible to take the learning path, Assessing Quality of Facilitation, which enables them to become certified IFC - LPI TPMA assessors with internationally-recognized credentials.
