Learning and Development (L&D) Africa is calling for abstracts for oral presentations at the annual L&D Africa 2022 conference to be held in Accra. Please save the date for our upcoming HYBRID (Online and In-person) Conference scheduled for 6 & 7 October 2022. Theme: “Leaving No One Behind in Learning and Development: The Practicalities”. This Conference is geared toward shedding light on promoting diversity and inclusion in Learning and Development.

The conference will explore how L&D professionals and organizations can invest in learning and skills development while ensuring that no individual is left behind in organizations.

This year's conference aims to:

• Identify strategies for making technology accessible to the broadest population that is being left behind.
• Discuss the benefits of diversity, equity, and inclusion in training and personal development.
• Discuss the benefits of micro-training.
• Identify challenges that impede learning and development in an organization.
