Currently, Mr. Camel-Toueg is working as an “Independent Business Management Consultant/Trainers/Coach” Under the Entity Integrated Management Consultancy –IMC. Speaking fluently three languages: Arabic, English and French, Mr. Camel-Toueg has a worldwide hands-on working experience in more than thirty nine (39) countries around the globe. Including: Egypt, Malaysia, Yemen, Oman, Jordan, Syria, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Libya, Uganda, Cameroon, Guinea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo, Kenya, Senegal, Nigeria, Madagascar, Sultanate of Oman, Jordan, Mozambique, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Burundi, Pakistan, Ivory Coast, Central Africa Republic, Chad, Ukraine, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, Armenia, Mali, Kuwait, Macedonia and finally United Arab Emirates. Mr. Camel-Toueg is mainly specialized in building the capacity of trainers and consultants around the globe, as well as advising and building the capacity of SMEs and entrepreneurs in marketing, business planning, strategy, finance and learning organizations.
During the last twenty years Mr. Camel-Toueg achieved more than 260 management consultancy assignments, with a duration ranging from one month to one year, mainly in the areas of finance, marketing study and research, operational marketing, supply chain management, B2B product launch, strategic marketing, financial feasibility study, business planning, business model development, human resources development, company assessment and strategic audit, organization structuring/restructuring, salary structure, business strategy and strategic planning, as well as in financial credit rating and valuation for bond issuance.
In parallel, he is also implementing several “Executives Mentoring & Coaching Assignments” as well as “On the Job mentoring” for junior staff working in Egyptian SMEs. Moreover, during those fifteen years he developed and delivered more than 120 capacity building, training and workshops sessions, mainly tailor made ones, for SMEs, entrepreneurs and youth in marketing, basic of finance, how to access finance, financial analysis, business planning for SMEs, marketing, pricing, product planning, and general management for SMEs, as well as specific technical training and workshops for low voltage electrical distribution, control and automation products and their respective applications.
Being a certified master trainer by IFC - World Bank, he implemented more than 70 “IFC -Business Edge” trainers and consultant capacity building programs including Training of Trainers – ToT, Training of Assessors -ToA, Training need analysis -TNA, Training Material development, customization and localization, either as workshops and/or Coaching sessions in Arabic, English and French. Being also a certified EBRD Trainer he implemented more than 20 “EBRD Grow Your Consultancy Business series” for consultants and coaches.
The above covered countries like Egypt, Yemen, Oman, Jordan, Syria, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Libya, Uganda, Cameroon, Guinea, DRC, Congo, Kenya, Senegal, Nigeria, Burundi, Madagascar, Sultanate of Oman, Mozambique, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Libya, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Chad, Ukraine, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, Armenia, Macedonia and United Arab Emirates.
With IFC -BE he was also involved in many countries, especially in Africa, MENA and Asia, in assisting in developing the country strategy and suitable business model as well as developing the demand side for capacity building as well as building the capacity of the different franchisee from the ToT step until the TIA step. He also achieved several Team Learning Labs (Learning Organization) sessions for four companies/institutions, three in Egypt and one in Malaysia, with several teams’ objectives including: overhead cost reduction, production cost reduction, sales revenues increase, customer satisfaction increase and productivity increase. In addition of, mentoring and coaching the Internal Coaches and the Management Team of those companies and following up their internal teams. Lately he has conducted and implemented a TLL in Malaysia.
Before starting his own company, IMC, and for Almost 10 years, Mr. Camel-Toueg had a very rich professional experience in leading multinational companies such as General Electric/PCE, Schneider Electric and Telemecanique. In January 1990, he started as a Marketing Engineer in the liaison office of the French company “Telemecanique” where he assumed the marketing responsibility of the company. In February 1994 he was promoted to hold the position of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Manager for “Groupe Schneider” assuming both the strategic and operational marketing responsibilities for the business unit concerned and reporting directly to the group marketing manager. Then again, in October 1996 he was promoted and assumed the responsibility of product division Sales Manager for Schneider Egypt, assisted by a team of three engineers and a commercial assistant he was responsible of managing the whole Schneider value chain including: distributors, retailers, panel builders and end users network with a yearly sales figure reaching 55 Million EGP. In January 1998, Mr. Camel-Toueg was “head hunted” by General Electric – Power Control – PCE, who was trying to penetrate the Egyptian Market, and he was offered the position of Sales & Marketing Manager. Being responsible of establishing the Sales & Marketing Department and Function by planning, organizing, staffing and managing two teams: a sales team of three engineers and a customer service team of two. During those 10 years Mr. Camel-Toueg had attended several “Inter Company” and “Outside Company” trainings and workshops in the fields of: marketing, sales, technical, finance, accounting, project management, gender management, export management, general management, negotiation skills, presentation skills, selling skills, training, TQM & ISO, etc. In parallel, he was also responsible for delivering several trainings and workshops mainly in the fields of marketing, sales and technical.
Mr. Camel-Toueg is also an active member in several professional bodies and associations including: Institute of Management Consultancy IMC – United Kingdom, Egyptian Junior Business Association EJB – Egypt (active member in the Training and Learning Committee), ICMCI International Council of Management Consulting Institute - UK, SoL Society of Organizational Learning -Team Learning Lab-TLL, Learning Circle –United States (In The process of Establishing SoL Egypt), The Egyptian Desert Pioneers Society TEDPS – Egypt, Association des Anciens Eleves des Peres Jesuites – Egypt, Syndicate of Egyptian Engineers – Egypt.
