BUSINESS LEARNING SPECIALIST

A business learning specialist is a seasoned training professional with deep expertise in multiple phases of the training lifecycle, communications, and project management. A business learning specialist has the skills and experience to work as an instructional designer, trainer, master trainer, or training project manager.

MASTER TRAINER

A master trainer (MT) is a seasoned trainer authorized by IFC to conduct IFC's proprietary training lifecycle courses. MTs must obtain separate certification to conduct each training lifecycle course.
