Better Business is a woman-owned woman-managed company that was established in 2003, in Jordan with a percentage of women employed being 66% in the company, and 50% of executive senior positions being held by women.

It started as a training company and evolved to become a management consulting firm providing capacity building & human capital development services. With connections to over 500 organizations, Better Business has established long-term business relationships with its clients helping them develop and grow their capabilities while bringing people together to achieve their aspired goals.

We are proud at Better Business that over the course of our experience, we have successfully managed and delivered over 500 corporate high intense learning events, conducted over 5000 training workshops and over 50 online live training programs, recorded over 600 training videos, held over 800 experiential learning activities, coached over 450 executives, facilitated over 15,000 different assessments, mentored hundreds of youth, implemented over 750 hours of monitoring, delivered over 70 speaking engagements in over 20 countries.
