The Institute for Business Development Support (IADE) is a public institution that is indirectly related to the state. Its offices are established in 13 municipalities with administrative, financial, and property autonomy. Monitor government policies in the area of providing training and capacity building for micro, small, and medium national enterprises and cooperatives to manage viable business activities, sustainability of the problems that entrepreneurs face through individual or collective efforts, thus promoting entrepreneurial development throughout the territory.
IADE was established legally in Law No. 4/2005 of 7 June on national investment, by government decree no. 5/2005, dated 27 July, which also states that IADE has operationalized its services since January 2006.
MISSION
Develop plans, programs, and actions to support the training and promotion of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Timor-Leste.
VIEW
Promote, train, coordinate, monitor, and develop the private sector and cooperatives through CDE to contribute to economic activities in Timor-Leste.
