Link Business to Solutions (LBS) began its operations in June 2015. It is a one stop business management solutions company for your organizations. Depending on the size and field of your organization, we have different products and services to meet your requirements.
LBS Ltd operates from headquarters in Kimironko, Kigali, Rwanda, but it has offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. We provide consultancy services at the national and African continental levels, in the areas of management, including strategic partnership management, project management, human resource management and business planning, social development, natural resource management, productivity and quality, and also provide empowerment services to various organisations.
Our mission is changing the mindset and attitude of the African nations, beginning with the East African region.
Our vision is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services at an affordable cost. We strive to become an entity in business development based corporate solutions, capable of demanding unconditional response from the targeted niche. We also believe that for our scope of improvisation sky is the limit and we are always ready to take our achievements to the next level. We work with organizations to develop and deliver customized training programs that suit their unique organizational needs. Whereas we offer a variety of management training
programs, our core training strength is in tailor-made/customized training programs with a strong marketing, leadership and general management bias in our training portfolio, alongside specific experiential change management and leadership programs designed for changing organizations that require focusing their resources towards improving their performance. LBS capacity building services span the following application life cycle stages:
• NEEDS ASSESSMENT – Carrying out a training gap analysis for deployment and training roll-out.
• PROVIDING THE SOLUTION – Creating local solutions for specific organizations to meet changing or increasing business demands in the service provision
• APPLICATION SUPPORT – Providing support for all trained staff on a need basis.
• CHANGE MANAGEMENT – Together with the organization management assessing whether what was learnt is being practiced and whether there is any change or need for change.
• EMPOWERING OF WOMEN AND YOUTH – Through the value chains we identify opportunities and find solutions on how these opportunities can be optimized to create jobs for both the youth and women
• CUSTOMER AND SERVICE DELIVERY TRAINING - The Customer care and quality service training program is developed in a way that caters for the management and staff of the organization, front and back office employees. This is done in recognition that for the organization to develop a customer-driven service delivery needs to deepen customer care awareness at all levels and sections of the organization.
