Milestones Resource Solutions is a certified Management and Training Consulting firm whose focus is to enhance individual capacity for organizational effectiveness and growth. Milestones was established in 2010 with a sole purpose of aligning the human asset to the organization’s mission & vision.

Our trainers engage employees to tap into their personal aspirations for success thus reducing the gap between individual development and organizational goals.

Our trainers are certified by IFC; CIPE; LPI (Learning & Performance Institute, UK) as well as PTAK (Professional Trainers Association of Kenya). The trainers are selected both on their academic credentials as well as relevant industry experience. Milestones is certified by NITA (National Industrial Training Authority)
