Serge Kouadio is a consultant in project management, entrepreneurial capacity building, and management of small and medium enterprises. He has professional experience in Côte d'Ivoire and is internationally mobile.

He has been a professional coordinator of training and empowerment projects for young men and women for more than 8 years. He has led projects in urban and rural areas in multicultural environments. He has designed and facilitated innovative training modules. He has trained and coached more than 2000 entrepreneurs of which 40% are women during the last 8 years in the creation and development of their businesses.

Serge Kouadio likes to take up challenges. He is dynamic and respectful of human values, he loves to be in contact with others to learn from their culture. He holds a master's degree in business management, a diploma in project management, and several certificates.
