Mr. N'Guessan is a specialist in project management. He is a master of the coordination of projects/programs and strategic and operational planning techniques for the purpose of setting up an Annual Work Plan (PTA). Well-versed in monitoring and evaluation tools, he has implemented several tools and methods in the different organizations in which he had worked. Mr. N'Guessan capitalizes on eight (08) years of experience during which he implemented and coordinated development projects for the benefit of communities. Being a perfect facilitator, he trains teams on data collection tools, operational, and financial procedures required for project implementation.

Yao has trained and coached more than a thousand entrepreneurs in the creation and development of their businesses.
