Trainer

When I was 18, I refused a teaching career and chose business instead. After ten years working in foreign trade and marketing for various companies (local and MNEs, manufacturing, import-export, and FMCGs), I joined the Business Edge project in 2004 and fell in love with training. I led the instructional design team at Business Edge in Vietnam before co-founding LearnSmart in 2008. Since then, I have trained thousands of practitioner trainers and developed many training courses, both face-to-face and self-paced interactive e-learning. I specialize in the training of trainers on course design and delivery skills. I also train training managers on how to organize their training activities effectively. I also co-train on other topics such as HRM and finance (with SMEs - subject matter experts).

Being a trainer and instructional designer means I am learning daily, creating new things every day, and helping people solve their problems. I am a happy trainer.
