Former part-time lecturer at Lesotho Cooperative College, former council member of Lesotho Institute of Accountants, former board member of Partial Credit Guarantee under Ministry of Small Business, Cooperatives and Marketing (Lesotho), board member of cooperative Lesotho (Apex Body). Participated in cooperatives policy meetings and board membership in regional bodies of cooperatives.
