Mr. Adnani is a QSE engineer from the National School of Arts and Crafts Paris through its subsidiary the Higher School of Quality Management in 2002. Youssef Adnani obtained his MBA in international management from Paris Dauphine University in 2009.

After more than 16 years of professional experience in several industrial and service sectors, Youssef started entrepreneurship with Proximity Management as a managing partner. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Youssef has accumulated more than 1000 days of assignment as a trainer, consultant, and auditor in Morocco and internationally in the field of QHSE, CSR, and entrepreneurship.

In 2020 Youssef has successfully completed several qualifications and diplomas, including a Master's in Entrepreneurial Manager from ESAM, CDOL, and COLF with LPI and DPO “Data Protect Officer” with Certi-Trust.

Youssef was born in 1978. He is happily married and has three children.
