A recognized expert in performance and competence engineering, Youssef Adnani draws on over 23 years of experience blending academic excellence, strategic consulting, and Edtech innovation.

A QSE Engineer from ENSAM Paris (2002), holder of an MBA in International Management from Paris Dauphine University (2009), and an Executive Master’s in Entrepreneurship from ESAM Paris (2020), he has completed more than 1,200 days of consulting, auditing, and training missions across Africa. As an IRCA-certified Lead Tutor, Auditor, and Implementer in QHSE-CSR, he masters compliance challenges related to international ISO standards.

His expertise also extends to digital pedagogical engineering and virtual classroom facilitation. Certified CDOL and COLF by the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI), he has delivered over 450 hours of online training as an expert trainer for IPM Polytech Africa and other organizations.

Youssef Adnani is currently the General Director of the SMA – SUPEMIR Marrakech Academy. As a committed entrepreneur, he is the Managing Partner of Proximity Management, where he structures high-impact socio-economic territorial projects, notably through entrepreneurial support programs (CAEDEL on behalf of the World Bank, INDH, FORSA, etc.). Finally, as President of the Association Génération IA (AssogenAI), he promotes the integration of ethical AI and STEAM disciplines among Moroccan youth—an ambition brought to life through the global reach of the Enjoy AI competition. Currently engaged in doctoral research on youth inclusion through innovation, he continues his mission to transform African human capital, bridging academic rigor with field pragmatism.
