I have more than 25+ years of rich and varied experience in training, facilitation, mentoring and coaching, leadership development, team synchronization, project & process management, enhancing client relationships, managing inter-departmental processes & conflicts, getting work done, and managing teams.

Having tasted a successful professional career of over 17+ years in fortune 500 companies last as vice-president with JP Morgan and worked globally, I wanted to challenge myself of moving out of my comfort zone and move on to a new territory as a trainer, coach, and entrepreneur.

My approach is to harness the collective intelligence that sits within the individual & group and move to the next level.

Since the last almost 9 years as a coach and a facilitative behavioral trainer, I have conducted various workshops for corporates, SMEs, professional bodies, educational institutes, government organizations PAN India.
