- ED curriculum development and rolling out consultancies: a team member of the three-member consultants’ panel that developed the ED curricula for the use in TVET institutions and the other interested organizations in Sri Lanka under the YouLead Project; a lead trainer of the Training of Trainers program conducted in respect of rolling out of the above curricula; active involvement in designing the TOT and guiding the institutional trainers in their rolling out thtask;
- Telecommunication service providers’ retailer network development consultancies:
Training need assessment, conceptualization and designing training solutions, training solution package development which includes development of all training materials, precise customization, conducting training of trainer programmes, providing pilot training rollout guidance (Two major programmes: Robi Axiata Retailer Development Programme, Bangladesh and Dialog Axiata Retailer Development Programme, Sri Lanka, both under a World Bank consultancy offered by IFC.
