Background and professional experience:
Thomas Mundia is an international coach federation professional certified coach and an executive fellow at Strathmore University Business School. He has held senior positions in manufacturing, media, and non-government organizations.
He is a seasoned senior management executive leadership coach trainer (over 1500 hours of coaching) having trained and coached Executive Committees (ExCo), Chief Executive Officers, business owners/social entrepreneurs and board of directors both as a personal and team coach in Kenya, Rwanda, Mauritius, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Botswana, Ghana, South Africa, Malawi and Uganda.
