I am a BDSP and an IFC-certified trainer at SMME Support Network from Maseru, Lesotho. I have a Master of Business Administration in Leadership & Sustainability (MBALS) from the University of Cumbria, in the UK. I have more than 20 years of work experience. My unique strength: I am a trainer/mentor/coach & a business consultant. Mentorship/training: I train start-ups /individuals/groups in business opportunity diagnosis, business concept background, market study: 7 steps of marketing strategy (marketing strategy process), marketing planning process, 5 Cs & SWOT analysis, marketing mix (4Ps), financial and accounting analysis, business ownership, management & employees; project management (project-life-cycle), etc.
Mentorship of existing businesses, business performance (collecting baseline data): general background, business performance; diagnosis of strategic competency - knowledge of competitors, segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing communication, distribution, getting orders, cost minimization, quality improvement, human resource & organizational management, building networks, SWOT analysis, etc.
Furthermore, prior to my current job, I have been in governmental and non-governmental organizations and held most senior positions like finance & administration, project management, marketing linkages, and general management. I have also been participating in voluntary projects of arts & museums as a strategic advisor, have as well participated in charity organizations for HIV/AIDS pandemic, etc.
