Miss Shital has 15 years of work experience in the development sector of India, mainly in the areas of project management, training and capacity building, human resource management and training, corporate training, CSR projects with the corporate sector, and entrepreneurship training for schools, college students, youth, and women. She is an expert in project planning, design, and development of training and reference materials, entrepreneurship training and monitoring, communication, and report writing. Also, Shital has expertise in the content and design of brochures, training material, books, project documents, project films as well as web content.
