After an experience of more than 11 years in different sectors mainly working on corporate strategy, program management, research and development projects, policy advocacy with organizations esteemed organizations, I started my own self-employment journey in 2016 by launching a social venture EVOKE Inspiring Lives through which I trained aspiring women entrepreneurs. In 2018 I started a for-profit company Farsighters Network and Marketing Pvt Ltd. which provides consulting services to startups, MSMEs, and those who want to be entrepreneurs. Apart from running these successfully, I practice as a business coach providing one to one as well as group coaching programs to aspiring entrepreneurs. Before becoming a business owner, I had worked with companies like NYCS, NIESBUD, CII, FICCI, Srei Infrastructure Finance, Amity International Business School. I have handled esteemed projects such as the IFC-NIESBUD program for advancing Capacity of Trainers (INPACT), Developing Energy Derivatives Market in India, EU-India Wind Energy Network, World Bank – India TEQIP Project (Technical Engineering Quality Improvement Program).

Mrs. Chauhan holds a bachelor's in business economics from Delhi University and a master's in business economics with an econometrics specialization from Apeejay Institute of Management.
