My basic training is in management engineering and all my academic career took place at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in Belgium. I currently live in Tunisia where I have been working in the electrical and mechatronic industry for more than 27 years. This has allowed me to develop my managerial experience, my leadership, and my deep knowledge of the industrial world. Moving from management control and financial analysis to strategic planning and audit, I discovered a passion for the industry and industrial fieldwork which led me to take a close and then in-depth interest in Lean Management. I am a certified Black Belt Lean Management and I am constantly sharing my knowledge and training in Lean in order to assist companies and help them in their efforts to achieve operational excellence and to implement lean management.

I believe strongly in human potential and in the importance of human capital in the growth and success of a company. Therefore, I started an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) course which lasted more than six years and which allowed me to acquire the title of NLP Master Practitioner from the NLP Academy. I am also a Human Relations Consultant and Professional Coach. Thanks to this training and to this apprenticeship I transmit my knowledge, train and accompany in Lean Management, Leadership, Stress Management, Self-confidence, Team Management, Team Coaching and other topics related to operational excellence, Lean management, and NLP.
