Her work focuses on strengthening the operational, strategic, and pedagogical capacities of NGOs, social enterprises, and mission‑driven organizations.

She specializes in designing and delivering pedagogical toolkits and learning programs on social entrepreneurship, gender equality, monitoring & evaluation, impact measurement, project management, and capitalization. Her approach combines methodological rigor with participatory facilitation, ensuring that learning experiences are practical, inclusive, and directly applicable to the field.

Throughout her career, Ibtissem has contributed to multi‑stakeholder international projects funded by major donors such as the European Commission, AFD, Expertise France. She has collaborated with diverse ecosystems, supporting organizations in scaling their impact, improving governance, and enhancing program effectiveness.
