Rajeeva Gunasekera is a Management Consultant, a Trainer, and an Executive Coach for over 10 years, leveraged with 25 years of professional experience working with clients from the Government, I/NGO, and the Private Sector.

An M&E consultant for more than 10 years, he facilitates local economic and community development projects in Sri Lanka and is acquainted with concepts such as Conflict Sensitivity, Diversity Management, Equity, and Participatory Assessments of Development Interventions. His project evaluations range from Process and System Analysis to Outcome and Impact Assessments. He is currently (2019-2021) the Asst. Treasurer of Sri Lanka Evaluation Association (SLEvA).

Rajeeva is a certified Lead Auditor in QMS, FSMS, EMS, OHS, and GMP, and uses necessary Standard Compliances for Project and Business Systems Designing and Innovation. In 2005, he obtained the Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Western Sydney University (WSU), Australia.
