Abdul has over 14 years of experience in consultancy with bias with human resource management, marketing in both local and international organizations ranging from FMCG, telecom, academic, and pension sector. He has worked on various projects of organization design, talent framework, and human resource strategy. He provides advisory services to all business units on human resource matters to enable foster employee engagement.

Abdul is an IFC (International Finance Corporation) certified trainer and has delivered training workshops in human resources and marketing for several clients within the region. He a facilitator with MAT Abacus on the various leadership programs. He has over 10 years as a University lecturer in the discipline of Management.

Abdul Makubuya Kigozi holds a degree in development studies from Makerere University, Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource & Marketing from the Bangalore University. He has attended leadership programs with various institutions including Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, Strathmore Business School, and is a Certified Talent Practitioner.
