Dr. Hend Bouziri received her Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Tunisia. In 2007, she became an Associate Professor in Computer Sciences at the University of Tunis and a member of the LARODEC laboratory.

Hend Bouziri has more than 40 publications in journals, books, and International conferences. Her research interests are in optimization and artificial intelligence and their application to logistics, transportation, and bioinformatics. Her teaching interests include modeling, operations research, optimization, and IT governance. She leads the professional master, Digital Services, at the University of Tunis. In addition, Dr. Hend Bouziri directed many projects and training in gender analysis and women leadership with UNDP and other NGOs.
