Katumba James PMP® - Maxwell Leadership certified trainer, coach, and speaker.

James’ expertise lies in leadership coaching, mentorship for leaders and teams, performance coaching, and team building, among others. As an organizational strategist, he knows how to build vision, mission, and values to address corporate strategy.

He has collaborated with lots of coaches through the Global Youth Initiative and Maxwell Leadership mastermind groups, this makes him a great resource in shaping result-focused leadership culture aligned with business outcomes and values that uniquely profile each organization.

As a PMP, he is currently actively involved in the PMI-Uganda chapter, where he is currently involved in the Educational Foundation for PMI. He has been involved in the delivery and contextualizing of the project management Skill for Life module. James works with clients to understand project leadership in alignment with global project management standards which later translated into the effective utilization of people, resources, and the business environment.

James is a Certified Virtual Presenter which translates into designing, conducting, and evaluating online engagement with a high level of professionalism and excellence. This has given me leverage to support online engagements efficiently leading to great productivity.

He has a Train the Trainer (TTT) certification with verified experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning interventions. This has led to increased content development and modifications within existing training materials. He works with other trainers who are new in the field of learning and development to ensure they are designing effective learning interventions.
