Caroline Agaba is a certified project and change management professional with over 10 years of working experience. She has worked in different industries from telecommunications to banking and energy. She is now an independent consultant leveraging her skills and experience to support businesses in improving their operational efficiency, while remaining people focused.

Carol is also a course facilitator at The Skills Workshop where she trains entrepreneurs and small businesses in project management related and business skills.

A strong believer in finding the devil in the details, Carol is passionate about solving problems not just in the workplace but in life as well.

Carol graduated with honors with a BSc in electrical engineering and holds an MBA. She is also PRINCE2 certified.
