We recently completed a training session with Pratima. It was a good experience for me personally as well as for the entire team at NSFI as training and working with field teams is an integral part of our job. Pratima made the sessions interactive with lots of activities and shared the material with us. She also made efforts to explain the concepts in both Hindi & English (some participants were comfortable with one language more than the other). She is a patient and gentle trainer, giving each trainee time to grasp the concept and answer questions. It proved to be a valuable learning experience.
