I am an organizational development professional with over 20 years of experience, mainly in the international not-for-profit sector.
I hold a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management. In addition, I am a certified executive coach, a certified change manager, and a professional mediator. I am also a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner as well as Clarity 4D practitioner.

I have extensive experience in Human Resources, training/facilitation, and one-on-one coaching. I have undertaken training and coaching at all levels, including for senior executives. I have done this both for face-to-face programs and virtually via zoom. I have been a trainer as an associate with CDI-Africa coaching group (leading with EI; team leader as coach), Strathmore Business School (HR for non HR Manager), Training Solutions (Supervisory skills, personal effectiveness, and Management training), and as an individual contractor in the areas of HR and management. As a clarity 4D practitioner, I have facilitated sessions on self-awareness and understanding self. I have also facilitated sessions on emotional intelligence - understanding and building EI.

I have held leadership positions for over 15 years and have an excellent understanding of organizational systems and structures, governance, and building high-performing teams and cultures.

I am an individual contractor, and I run a boutique consulting firm that focuses on HR and training.
