I am proficient at facilitating interactive training sessions and creating a work-learning environment that promotes personal and business growth.

Over the past 4 years, I have worked as Human Resources Business partner with key focus on developing HR strategies, policies, and practices, oversee recruitment, employee compensation and benefit structure, engagement/wellbeing and performance management. My ambition is to continuously seek personal development in my chosen profession and translate knowledge gained to impact capacity building of employees and organizations.
