My Name is Jacqueline Ogada Ayiro, trainer of trainers and assessor of trainers under the IFC World Bank Business Edge Program.

I am currently the CEO of Jadfad Consultants Ltd, a consultancy firm that has been in existence since 2008. We provide technical support to entrepreneurs, youth and women in training programs in management, strategy, marketing and operation systems, and occupational health and safety skills.

We also support youth in the acquisition of technical skills in varied sectors.

I have conducted several trainings around different counties under the Kenya Private Schools Association and other training initiatives. I have trained and impacted over 500 school leaders and business owners in more than 100 private schools.

I am currently a formal trainer for the World Bank youth project called Kenya Youth Employment Opportunities Project ( KYEOP). This project aims to equip youth with technical skills and provide internships in specific areas to transition to employment successfully. We further equip them with varied business skills in communication, finance, marketing and management, and human resources. We have impacted 4000 youth in Kenya between the ages of 18 to 29 years of age. This project is currently running in the following counties: Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Kwale and Nakuru, Kilifi, Bungoma, Kakamega, and Kisii.

I have also recently joined the Kenya Industry and Entrepreneurship Project (KIEP) as a business development services provider in Kenya. This project aims to equip SMEs and their management teams with technical and managerial skills in the manufacturing, agribusiness, and construction industries. We are participating through our consultancy company Jadfad Consultants Ltd. This project targets to impact over 250,000 SMEs in these sectors.
