Naeem has a Master's degree in mechanical engineering, MBA in marketing, and a diploma in health and safety management from the British Safety Council UK. He is also a certified safety professional with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals USA, lead auditor ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001, and an authorized training provider for the American Society of Safety Engineers. Furthermore, Naeem is an Instructor with RigPass from the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), the lead investigator on the TapRoot system, a professional member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, and Ambassador of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, USA.

He has worked with multinational organizations in the upstream oil and gas and construction industry for more than thirty years. Presently he is self-employed at Safe T Consult.
