Seye is a certified trainer with an International Award in Delivering Training (IADT) from TQUK (Training Qualifications United Kingdom). He also has a Life Coaching Certificate from New Skills Academy, United States. Seye is also a versatile learning facilitator, business coach, consultant, and professional with expertise in the area of business management, customer service, marketing communications, business communications, business development, and strategy. He has over 16 years of cumulative work experience as a coach, consultant, trainer, and in-house practitioner.
Seye is the Lead Consultant with CedarTribe Ltd, an integrated marketing communications, consultancy, and training outfit based in Lagos, and the founder of MSME Africa - a multi-faceted capacity building, tools, resources, and media platform for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized businesses in Africa. He is also a faculty member at African Franchise Institute (AFI) and Innovation Driven Entrepreneur Academy (IDEA). He is a trainer and earning facilitator for Workforce Group, Phillips Consulting, MacTay Consulting, McTimothy Associates, Legacy Associated Consults, Fate Foundation, and Knowledge Exchange Centre (KEC) among others. He is also a Mentor, of the Seedstars Accelerator Program, Mentor of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Program, Mentor Cherie Blair Foundation, Mentor (of Mentoring Africa Foundation), Content Partner, of Fate Foundation‘s MSME Hub (www.msmehub.org). Seye has also provided training and Coaching interventions for customers of First Bank Nigeria via the SME Connect platform and SME Week Business Clinic events, as well as Startup owners at Softcom/HYBR, LIFT blended Action-based Learning Program.
He is also a council member of the Association of Professional Facilitators and Trainers in Africa (APFTIA) and an International Partner, the World Business Angel Investment Forum ( WBAF), an Affiliate Partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI).
A fellow of the Institute of Brand Management, Nigeria (IBMN), Seye is also an Associate Registered Practitioner of Advertising (ARPA) of the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON), and an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations ( NIPR). He is also a Member of the Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN).
