Geoffrey Kilonzo, the CEO of Eaglewings Consultants, is a certified trainer of the ILO/Start and Improve Your Business Programme (SIYB) and certified business coach by the International Labor Organization from Turin, Italy. He is a business analyst, trainer, and strategy consultant. Some of Geoffrey's key competencies include business development and coaching, designing business development and coaching programs, business/entrepreneurship training, capacity building, and corporate training. He is passionate about the transformation and growth of people and businesses. Other areas of expertise are gap assessment, analysis, and gap closing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Geoffrey has over 15 years of collective experience in training and senior management positions in the banking, real estate, and cooperative industries.
He is a graduate of business management with a diploma in Sales and Marketing and is currently undertaking his Master's in Business Leadership. He has additional training in housing microfinance management from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, personal and team effectiveness by Raiser Resource Group, professional property management, and knowledge management by Realken International.
Geoffrey Kilonzo has done business training, coaching, and mentorship for, among other organizations, Equity Group Foundation (EGF), mentoring at least seven enterprises every three months and seeing many of them move from startup to growth. He has also worked with Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA), where he has trained 300 youth under the Young Savors Initiative (YSI). He has experience with the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project (KYEOP). He coordinated and trained 270 youth from Machakos County, leading a team of 4 trainers taking the Youth from Life Skills to Core Business Skills Training (CBST). And he also worked with the Kenya Defense Forces SACCO, where he has trained over 500 members of the KDF on personal Finance Management and Investment.
He is a published author of "The Art of Success, Techniques of Entrepreneurship" 1 and 2, which have sold over 3000 copies.
