Olanrewaju Wilhelm is a human resource professional and an accredited management trainer by the Nigerian Council for Management Development. He holds a first degree in statistics from the prestigious University of Ibadan and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) - an institute he has served in various capacities, such as:

- Member of, the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee (2018 - 2019).
- General Secretary, CIPM Alimosho Chapter (2020 - current).
- Learning Coordinator, CIPM Alimosho Chapter (2019).

Olanrewaju is a member of the Learning and Development Network International (LDNI) - a member of ATD; a member of the Association of Professional Trainers in Africa (APFTiA), and the Association of Elite Human Resources Professionals (AEHRP). He is currently the Chairman of the Learning and Programme Committee for AEHRP.

As an HR professional, Olanrewaju has helped various organizations develop workplace policies around human capital functions. He is also passionate about learning. He has mentored over 100 students through platforms such as Career4All, and Employability Fitness Program, among others.

Olanrewaju is happily married and blessed with two adorable children.
