Don Azubike Onyegbu is an IFC-LPI TPMA Certified Trainer, workplace performance strategist, corporate training consultant, and speaker and the author of Good: The new Mediocre. Don is passionate about the human side of building great enterprises. Don has facilitated training with a lot of cross-cultural teams both within and outside the nation of Nigeria.

He is adept at highly engaging instructional design, curriculum management, structuring business partnerships, and facilitating high-impact learning interventions. He is constantly rated highly by participants for his approach to helping participants understand and apply the subject matter.

He currently works with Dohn and Kalistar Consulting, a business development and human resource development firm. He has facilitated training for both indigenous and multinational companies including Total Nigeria, Zenith Bank, Century Energy group, Glo Nigeria, stanbicIBTC pensions, and Diamond Bank to mention a few.

Don started his career with Visible Impact (formally V.I.P. consulting), where he co-facilitated training for some of the top banks in Nigeria, including Zenith, Diamond, GT banks, and also Nigeria Liquid Natural Gas (NLNG).
Don also worked with 360 learning solutions, an outdoor team bonding and HR Strategy organization where he was involved in designing, deploying, and monitoring over 12 new team bonding activities and strategies to both indigenous and multinational companies including Ericsson LM, Total Nigeria, Skye Bank, Wema Bank and Lawbreed Limited.

Twice, Don co-led a one-day highly successful Team Building retreat for the Management and over 500 staff of Multi-choice Nigeria.

Don has been involved in many nation-building projects including; COVID Relief Distribution, GEMSTONE 2025, PROJECT RAISE (Reviving Academic Excellence in our School and Educational institutions), Mushin Makeover (The free road curb and house painting over 200 houses in Nigeria), Divine Life Foundation, where he spoke to Prison Inmates at the Ikoyi prisons, Kiri-Kiri Maximum, and Medium prisons.

Don speaks to university and secondary school students on areas of Leadership, Discovering your life’s purpose, and entrepreneurship.

Don was the President of the Lighthouse Toastmasters (an international public speaking club) based in Lagos.
