Ms Lerotholi, a Certified Business Coach holds Masters of Philosophy in Management Coaching through University of Stellenbosch Business School (South Africa) and Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership Development Management still with University of Stellenbosch as her highest qualifications. She has over 5 years in Business Advisory services and Business Coaching in broad spectrum. She is a certified business builder practitioner who has success stories of businesses she helped through 3 stages of business development. She has an experience in conducting Business skills trainings/workshops, designing frameworks, models, tools and giving ongoing support for small medium size business in Lesotho context. She helps businesses from idea generation, developing business plan, incubation and acceleration programs. Ms Lerotholi is fortunate to work with international company which gave her an exposure in terms of using algorithm systems like business diagnostic tools e.g., Access to Market system which helps business to access and penetrate the market, Turnaround Strategize which helps to save businesses that are liable to bankruptcy and Growth Accelerator. Lastly Ms Lerotholi is passionate about using her knowledge, skills and experience to uplift Lesotho Business Ecosystem with the focus on MSME’s and High Impact Leadership on employees at work, and she is fluent in English and Southern Sotho.
