## Professional Profile – IFC Master Trainer in Facilitating Learning
Seeng M Lerotholi-Tlali is a highly experienced Human and Enterprise Development Specialist, Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Project Management professional with over 10 years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, entrepreneurship development, economic inclusion, and stakeholder engagement across humanitarian, corporate, and development sectors.
She possesses extensive expertise in facilitating learning programmes, Training of Trainers (ToT), coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and business incubation for youth, women, MSMEs, and community-based groups. Through her work with Catholic Relief Services, Business Doctors Southern Africa, BEDCO, UNDP, UNESCO, the World Bank, and the African Development Bank, she has successfully led and facilitated capacity-building programmes impacting more than 5,000 beneficiaries and supervised over 100 trainers and business coaches.
Her professional background combines strong facilitation expertise with practical experience in entrepreneurship, agribusiness, financial inclusion, Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC), stakeholder management, and project leadership. She has designed training manuals, facilitated workshops nationally and internationally, conducted diagnostics assessments, and delivered one-on-one and group coaching sessions exceeding 1,000 hours.
Academically, she holds a Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Philosophy in Leadership Management Coaching from Stellenbosch University.
