I am Ayuk Agbor Ojong, from the Manyu division of the southwest region of Cameroon. I was born on the 27th of August 1990, at Kembong village, and am the oldest of 5 children.

I obtained my First School Living Certificate and succeeded with my common entrance at Presbyterian School Kumba Town in 2000. I received my Ordinary Level in 2014 at Government High School Bokwango, Buea, and Advanced Level at Cameroon College of Arts and Sciences Kumba in 2019. I then furthered my education at the Higher Institute of the Sahel, University of Maroua, where I obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 2012 and a Master of Engineering Degree in 2014. My dissertation was on the multiplication of yam setts. I did an internship for at least a month during each long vacation during each five-year training package.

Since I left school, I have been privileged to work with:
-training institutions (CDSTS Kumba, Horti-floral Institute Buea, and St. Monica University Kumba) where I worked as a resource trainer, training Senior Agricultural Technicians, Agricultural Technicians and Assistant Agricultural Technicians;
-farmers organization (IKLIFROT COOP), where I worked as the manager of the cooperative, which was by then benefitting from the PIDMA project;
-another project (PIDMA Douala) where I worked as a Cooperative Advisor (Farm Management Advisor) of IKLIFROT COOP;
-an enterprise (TELCAR Cocoa LTD) where I worked as a Cooperative Specialist/Audits and compliance supervisor, and later as a traceability delegate in the Ngoro zone.

With experience gathered in all these fields I have passed through, I have been able to further build my capacity in the domains of:
- Production and multiplication of seeds;
- Cooperative management: I have been well trained on the Foundations of Cooperative Management and Advanced Cooperative Management;
- Audits, certification, and traceability, precisely in the cocoa domain, for I was trained on UTZ certification. All of this has permitted me to acquire some skills in training and coaching for the past seven years plus of fieldwork.
