Nneka Okekearu is an entrepreneurship and gender specialist at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University, a university-connected Entrepreneurship Centre focused on developing the competencies of entrepreneurs in Nigeria. EDC has created a network of over 100,000 entrepreneurial leaders through process improvement, capacity building, access to market and funding platforms as well as a suite of other business development services.

With over 20 years’ experience in oil & gas, banking and enterprise development, Nneka has developed skills sets in business development, business strategy, marketing, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, training and small business development.

A believer in the power of mentoring, Nneka is a Global mentor as well as a founding and current committee member of the Chartered Institute of Banking Nigeria mentoring panel tasked with grooming a new generation of Nigerian bankers.

Nneka has a 1st degree in Banking , an MBA and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a certified leadership trainer from the Centre for Creative Leadership US, a certified trainer for the WTO’s ITC Access PACT 1&2 projects focusing on encouraging women export, as well as an IFC trainer,assessor and master trainer.
