Peace Sorochi Longdet, PhD, is lecturer and also a senior management staff with MEDPLOC with 10 years of experience consulting with Deutshe Geselischaft fur Internatioanale Zusammenabeit (GIZ) GmbH (GIZ). She has carried several training projects in different sectors with the organisation. Her career and passion has led her to undergo training increasingly in multidimensional projects such as; Strengthening NGOs capacity to design need based trainings for target groups, SMELOOP Business Training and coaching, Gender-Based Training (Financial literacy and Business skills for non-literate women, ToT for Entrepreneurship and Business Skills for women), Financial literacy for Migrants group, Vulnerable group and Returnees, Financial Literacy (both for end beneficiary and ToTs), Virtual Training on Basics in Entrepreneurship and Digital tools for Start-ups, Contract Farming Facilitation, Research and Women Studies. She is fully equipped with positive life-changing skills and entrepreneurial tools capable of transforming the mindsets of trainees, creating wealth, impacting positive business skills and financial literacy in experiential training.

She has acquired a variety of skills; Certified CEFE (Competency-based Economies through the formation of Enterprise) Trainer, She speaks and write very fluently in English and Pidgin and moderately in Hausa and Igbo. She has the following Technologies Skills: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel) and E-learning. Her Interpersonal Skills are; Training, Facilitation (both virtual and face-to-face), Public Speaking, Entrepreneurial Coaching and Qualitative Research.

Also, her works are in line with the sustainable development goal of the United Nations SGDs 1 (No poverty), 5 (Gender equality), and 8 (Decent work and economic growth). She believes Capacity building, digital literacy and skills for the future of work will facilitate personal and business growth substantially in Nigeria.
