I am a committed professional with more than 15 years of experience working as an educator, researcher, and trainer. In my working experience, I review and develop training program content for SMEs and corporates, and train the organizations as well. Additionally, I develop monitoring and evaluation tools to be used by clients and provide the logistical support for effective training.

I also lecture in one of the best universities in Africa, that is Strathmore University, Nairobi Kenya, and in the process mentor and coach university students. I possess excellent research and management skills, verbal communication, and written skills along with constructive and effective facilitating skills that promote a stimulating working and learning environment.

I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in “Influence of Social Media and Motivation on Employee performance”. Consequently, I have acquired knowledge and skills in how organizations can effectively harness the power of social media and use it in the most effective and efficient way so as to achieve their objective.
