I am a grain expert with a background in food science and technology and with over 14 years of experience in managing grain handling businesses. My expertise includes setting up grain business processes, grain quality management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, warehouse receipt systems, inventory management, and occupational safety and health.

I have consulted for many organizations including IFC, Eastern Africa Grain Council (EAGC), Financial Sector Deepening (FSD), Africa Improved Foods, Partners for Food Solutions, etc; and the work includes designing training materials, training, food safety assessments, assessment of grain handling businesses, setting up grain quality laboratories and quality control processes.
