Dr. Patrick Baah-Acquah (Ph.D.) is a management consultant with the Central Eagles consult and a business-banking manager within the banking and finance industry of Ghana. He is a graduate business school adjunct professor with the University of Ghana Business School, Ghana Communication Technology University, and Coventry University, UK. Currently, Dr. Baah-Acquah holds two doctorate degrees: a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Global Business and Leadership from California InterContinental University, USA, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration with Banking and Finance option from CASS Europe Business School, France. He is a fellow and a director of the institute of business analysts and consultants, Ghana. He is a finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Dr. Baah-Acquah has twenty (20) years of experience working in the banking and finance industry of Ghana and as an IFC certified trainer, with 7 years of experience in the learning and development industry. He has facilitated retreats and in-house training for numerous organizations including Rotary club International Ghana, International Central Gospel Church, Abii National Savings and Loans Company, Royal Palm court, Sametro Company Ltd, Space FM, and RadioMax among others. Dr. Baah-Acquah has supported and participated in the execution of several research projects for both local and international organizations and has trained lots of SMEs and institutions in Ghana following his certification from the International Finance Cooperation (IFC) in 2015.

Dr. Baah-Acquah is a resourceful and open-minded leader with an optimistic and pragmatic outlook. He has led several successful SME capacity-building projects in Ghana and has trained many SME owners over the years. He is passionate about the development of women in the SME sector. He has supported and participated in the delivery of financial literacy programs that have influenced over 100 illiterate and semi-illiterate SME owners in Ghana.

Dr. Baah-Acquah has presented papers at several international academic conferences and was a conference chair for the business and innovation chapter at an international conference organized by the Methodist University Ghana in 2017. As a graduate business school professor, his research interests include internal controls in rural banks, effective credit risk management, causes of bank failures in Africa, e-commerce impact on banking operations, and inflation effect on the profitability of banks in Ghana. He loves to coach and mentor the youth as well as offer financial literacy training programs to illiterate and semi-illiterate women in the SME sectors across Africa.
