Edna is a business consultant, trainer, mentor, coach, and team-building facilitator with proven competence in imparting practical skills that address various needs of entrepreneurs and employees thereby enabling them to achieve their various goals.

She is a director and a co-founder of Live Your Dream Enterprises Ltd. which offers entrepreneurship and human capital growth and development solutions, ICT Gurus EA Ltd. which supports businesses through various ICT solutions, and Nguzo Consultants Ltd. which offers various capacity development solutions to SMEs and corporations.

For over 8 years she has developed and facilitated business development solutions and interventions for MSMEs from various sectors in areas of planning, finance, marketing, sales, customer experience, risk management & compliance, entrepreneurship, soft skills & team building activities among others. These interventions have resulted in cost reduction, profit maximization, and market expansion for various enterprises. She has also developed and conducted capacity-building training for various organizations on personal finance, work-life balance, and career growth among others. These have resulted in improved staff loyalty, teamwork, and communication.

Edna is a Certified International Labor Organization – Start and Improve Your Business (ILO-SIYB) Trainer. She is fully accredited by the Standard Bank of South Africa (SBSA) on credit skills development.

She has 12 years of practical experience in the banking industry cutting across various sectors with key skills in payments & trade solutions and structuring, global markets, business analysis, sales, and portfolio management. She holds a Sales Excellence award from Stanbic Bank Kenya Ltd.

Edna loves giving back to society and thus offers her services as a board member to a local high school and her church by providing sessions on marriage preparation to prospective and young couples.

She holds a First Class Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi.
