Nnenna Ugwu doubles as both the alumni director and clientele management executive of Enterprise Development Centre, Pan- Atlantic University Lagos due to the Centre's structure characterised by alumni and non-alumni members.

She is a law graduate with a master’s degree in international law and diplomacy from the University of Lagos. Nnenna joined Enterprise Development Centre, the enterprise support centre of the Pan-Atlantic University in March 2007 as a project coordinator and was responsible for the successful implementation of the IFC Access Bank Gender Empowerment Project for Women. Nnenna also coordinated the replication of the EDC model in four African countries (Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania) with the support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private arm of the World Bank Group. She was also responsible for the coordination of the International Trade Center, Access! and Access 11 For African women in International Trade from 2007 – 2009. With experience in project management, expertise in customer relations and SME development, she assumed the role of managing the ever-growing members of the EDC business network in 2010 as the clientele management executive and in 2011 doubled as alumni director - a position she handles to date.

Nnenna has provided business advisory to both alumni and non–alumni members of EDC, which built her capacity in offering very credible business advisory to SMEs. She is also a facilitator with Enterprise Development Centre.
