I am Wilfredo Rodriguez Beralde, a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, a licensed criminologist and a public safety analyst. I have been in the field of criminology and public safety education for more than 20 years as dean of a college, and as a professor.

Presently, I am an adjunct professor of the National Police College and Philippine National Training Institute, a guest lecturer of several schools in the Philippines, and an external assessor on the Expanded Tertiary Experience Equivalency Accreditation Program. I am also a chairman of the Regional Advisory Council of the Philippine National Police Forensic Group, region 02, and a member of the National Advisory Council of the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping group. I have received the best policy paper and academic excellence award at the National Police College.
