Jimmy is an SME Banking Consultant for advisory services at the IFC. He supported over 50 webinar trainings sessions as a support trainer/moderator for FCMB Nigeria, Fidelity Bank Ghana among other clients across Sub-Saharan Africa under the MSME NFS COVID-19 Response & Financial Literacy project. He has played a key role on Stanbic Uganda, Women Offering Project. Priority sectors include Financial Operations, Non-financial services, (SME) banking, Gender & Economic Programs.

He has previously served as Financial Services Management Consultant with Tiny Totos Kenya Limited, where he supported financial sustainability program for the MSMEs (Women Entrepreneurs in Urban Slums) through set up of repayment, lending and payment infrastructures.

He has worked in Tanzania as a Finance & Markets Consultant for ACRA (Association of Cooperation for Rural Africa) where he developed donor financial report for a completed project and conducted a market survey for social enterprise development. Additionally, he has worked for 5 years as an Operations Officer (head of cash management) with Ecobank Transnational Bank Kenya where he led and supported bank business growth for bank deposits (savings and current accounts), client relations, payments and remittance.

He holds a Master’s degree from Graduate School of Economics and International Relations, Milan-Italy in International Development and a Bachelor’s degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology in Mathematics. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and an Associate member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He also holds a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise De Mombasa. He is a Certified IFC-LPI Trainer.

He has a track record of customer engagements and teamwork. Letter of commendation 2020 (Fidelity Bank Ghana). Awarded Best Banking Employee of the 2015 (Ecobank) and Service Excellence Award (2015).Banking Deposit Mobilization Medal award.
