I have extensive knowledge of cash management operations, channels, and digital platforms, among others.

Additionally, I am an IFC-LPI certified trainer, with local and regional experience; a change agent who has facilitated training multi-functional teams.

As a transformational leader, I have led a couple of commercial initiatives and projects through innovative models and solutions, driving customer service initiatives and leading digital transformations. My transformational leadership is also demonstrated through the several projects served and led with key institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, Uganda.
