Regina Kipkalom is a trainer at KCB Bank Kenya Ltd within the learning, development, and talent department with a focus on conducting training programs within the retail network. She has 16 years of experience in product development, credit management, capacity building, financial analysis, sales, and entrepreneurship. Over the years she has offered financial support to small and medium enterprises. She holds a Bachelor of Education in mathematics and chemistry from Egerton University and a master’s degree in business administration, finance option from Moi University. She is passionate about developing solutions that meet the SMEs' needs and facilitating the teams to enhance their product knowledge of the offering developed. She has been supporting training programs for the staff over the years to enhance their product knowledge and relationship management with their clients.
