Yousuf Efti is the CEO of Future Icon, chairperson-training, and development at BOLD, and former head of CSR at McDonald Group. An award-winning international trainer in Bangladesh.
Yousuf Efti worked as a corporate trainer with renowned corporate companies in Bangladesh. He recently conducted sales training for BRAC Enterprises, IHW, SK+F Pharma, Beacon Pharma, IBN SINA Group, Guardian Life Ins, Bengal Life Ins, etc, In sales, he trained more than 24500 sales employees in the last 06 years.
He was trained by a global master coach, author, and trainer from the top university in the UK. He has also completed facilitation and training skills from renowned trainers and the Institute of Bangladesh and Abroad. He completed his post-graduation Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing. He also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Soft Skills Development (PGDSSD) from the UK. Now he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Putra Business School in Malaysia. The research topic is "Impact of Corporate Training."
Mr. Yousuf Efti, having solid 15 years of working experience in sales at Opsonin Pharma Ltd, and a total of 19 years, worked with the country's well-reputed conglomerate in Sales, Marketing, Training & Development area and worked directly in all the processes like TNA, Gap Analysis, Change Management, Content & Module Development, conducting sessions, evaluation, PMS, KPI setting & general sales issues.
Mr. Efti is leading four different organizations named Fast Aid Hospital, Medicine Park, Food Park Restaurant & Catering, and Future Icon by designing and developing all strategic models and monitoring entire functional activities. Introduced and penetrated new products in the market, set different business plans, branding tools & techniques, and executed them successfully in different businesses by giving proper guidelines to the team.
Mr. Efti has a very sound knowledge of skill development. He conducted 1305+ training and public speaking sessions in Bangladesh and abroad. He has 02 online paid training at the 10min school platform. He has more than 6000 hours of training facilitation experience coverage with 6500+ employees and 5000+ external trainees. He trained 1000+ entrepreneurs for SME Foundation, SDF. He trained in complete career guidelines for more than 57,000 students at colleges and universities. He has experience providing inspirational speaking in different colleges, universities, seminars, and public functions (more than 10,000 audiences in a program) as an inspirational speaker.
