Gaïus Yokossi is a business leader with more than a decade of experience in training, coaching, and supporting organizations. Gaïus Yokossi is an author, certified executive coach, trainer, and recognized speaker. His clients include international institutions (Peace Corps, FAO, UEMOA), Sabodala Gold Operations, FODEM, and banks: ECOBANK, NSIA BANQUE, among others. He published his first book in the personal development section in August 2020. Before embarking on entrepreneurship, he was a manager and senior project manager for a major banking group operating in nearly twenty countries in Africa and Europe. He also worked on a World Bank project with a team from the International Finance Corporation: IFC. One of the projects consisted in finding ways to finance individual entrepreneurs: women and young people in difficult situations.
Gaïus Yokossi founded Baraka Gate a companý specialized in consulting and training in leadership and management and trans-training of teams within companies. His roadmap covers the spectrums of a career in management, leadership, public speaking, and coaching specialization. Since 2019, he has trained more than 2500 people in many countries (Senegal, Benin, Burundi, Congo, Ivory Coast, United States, Gabon, Reunion Island, Rwanda, Switzerland, Togo,...) in several of his programs and at the request of his clients. His passion is to connect people to their potential, accompany companies to improve their performance, maximize the use of proven methods, and inspire courage to take action, and embrace change. The success of his programs is based on his ability to understand the specific, deep, professional, and personal needs of his clients. Gaïus Yokossi's wealth of experience in team management, leadership development, and public speaking helps his clients achieve exceptional results in a relatively short time. Clients are at the center of his approach and he shares his expertise with them. He is dedicated to their teams and their results. He works with them to find agile solutions that meet their business needs.
Gaïus Yokossi worked for several years in a pan-African banking group. He is a certified John Maxwell Team, IFC-LPI TPMA certified trainer, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
An accomplished speaker and distinguished toastmaster, Gaïus Yokossi knows how to motivate and inspire his audience. To his credit, we can cite his participation in many international events as a master of ceremonies or moderator. Since 2018, he is a facilitator of the Global Leadership Summit - Senegal, "The Global Leadership Summit". His first book "Prendre sa vie en main" was published on August 24, 2020, and is available on Amazon.
